Combi Boilers for New Construction
Design heating in from the start.
New construction is the ideal time to install a combi boiler, because gas, venting, water and controls can be designed in from the start rather than retrofitted. Combis suit new builds thanks to their compact size, efficiency and on-demand hot water.

- Consider zoning and underfloor heating

This is not a DIY repair
Combi boilers are gas-fired appliances regulated under the BC Safety Standards Act. Opening the unit, touching the gas valve, or working on the flue without a valid BC gas-fitter licence is both unsafe and illegal. Diagnosing the fault is helpful — fixing it should always be left to a certified technician.
