Licensing & Certifications

Every boiler technician working on your home must — by law — hold these credentials. We verify and maintain all of them:

• TSSA/BC Gas Fitter Licence (Class B or A): Required for all gas appliance installation, repair, and service in BC. Issued by Technical Safety BC after examination and field experience.
• Certificate of Qualification (Gas Fitter): Interprovincial Red Seal or BC Certificate of Qualification. Verifies the technician has met the national standard for gas fitting competency.
• WorkSafeBC Registration: Every technician is covered by workers' compensation insurance. Protects you from liability if a technician is injured on your property.
• Manufacturer Factory Training: Navien, Viessmann, Bosch, Rinnai, and Lochinvar all have factory training programs. Our lead technicians complete these annually.
• Liability Insurance: $5 million commercial general liability coverage. Protects your property during our work.
• Combustion Analysis Certification: Technicians are trained and certified in the use of calibrated electronic combustion analyzers (Bacharach, Testo).
